When are meals delivered?

We deliver fresh meals every Thursday to the Auckland metro region. When confirming your purchase, you can select your preferred delivery time slot (AM or PM) in the notes section.

When do payments go out?

Subscription payments go out every Monday. Once payment clears, your order will be confirmed and ready to be delivered fresh that Thursday. All other payment methods are processed immediately upon order confirmation.

How do we store yawye meals?

Once you have received your Yawye meals, pop them straight into the fridge until mealtime. To prep meals for feeding, we recommend warming up our microwave safe jars for 30-60 seconds to bring them to room temperature, ready for baby to enjoy.

Can we freeze our yawye meals?

You certainly can! Save meals for later by freezing your Yawye jars until bubs is ready to enjoy. For a quick meal, pop them into the microwave for 80 seconds to safely defrost.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time. Just log into your account and hit pause on your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into your account and cancel your subscription. However, if you wish to purchase from us again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
How do I make changes to my order?

To make changes to your order, simply log into your account and adjust the details in the notes section. You can change your weekly flavours or your preferred delivery time slot. Changes need to be made by Monday 10PM to ensure our team receive the updates ready for Thursday delivery.

What is Rinse-Return-Reuse?

Rinse-Return-Reuse is a ‘swap-a-bottle’ service we offer here at Yawye. Customers who order recurring meal plans are eligible to have their used jars collected by us upon delivery of their next order. After use, just rinse your used jars, pop them back into their packaging and leave outside somewhere safe. Our delivery team will collect the used contents, bring them back to be thoroughly sterlized and ready to be used again.

Do you deliver outside of Auckland?

At this moment we are only operating in Auckland, however we have plans to branch out around other areas of Aotearoa soon! Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date on news and announcements.
